Non-receipt of award

I have completed my studies with Damelin in June 2013 and i have not to date received a my award. I keep calling and i get different responses.
Last time i had to fight to get my results for the June exam after being told i owe them aR100 whilst i payed cash for my studies. I ended up paying them the R100, i asked for a full academic record i dint get it. Lindokuhle sent it to me in pieces. I asked for a full one they told me they would request itand it takes 6 weeks, to date i have not received a complete record.
An e-mail was sent to me upon request and i forwarded it to my HR department and a new position was confirmed, time and again HR hounds me for the certificate and this will end up causing serious problems for me at work.
The last time i spoke to Rubendreewho sent an apology and telling me that the award is still being signed by SAILT (Paralegal awards take long) when its ready i will get an sms.
But does the award take more than 4 months to be signed and posted. My work place needs it or i will be out of job. Maybe Damelin will hire me then and pay me what they are paying me now. Im fed up. I want wmy award . i dont want anything to do with them anymore. Im enough
