Dont have my degree after a year of waiting

I wrote my 3rd year in December of 2012, passed my Degree went to graduation with a confirmation of this but I have still not received my degree, I have send Multiple emails I never gotten any feedback until I personally call you, I phoned head office was informed they will give me a call back and still waiting on this call, Phoned Bloemfontein and they said they will let me know, this was last week and still nothing.

This is ridiculous waiting over a YEAR for my degree!? how is this even possible and your poor feedback is even worse, now I have to resort to hello peter and hope someone finally gives me a reply, but waiting a YEAR i think I have been patient enough get this sorted!!!
