Pathetic Student Administrato

I registered on the 6th without any hassles but I realised that I had to amend some of the registered subjects. Each time I try to amend the registration I get a "major qualifications required" error. After numerous attempts to the CT unisa office I spoke to Sandi who is in the student administration office. She was extremely unhelpful. She initially said that she did not know what to do with regards to the error and I should come in "maybe" I can be helped. Than after explaining the predicament in coming she then said well your registration needs an override. And in an disinterested voice informed me that she could not help me or point me in the right direction. She was of absolute no assistance. I am still left with the issue at hand.
