Poor Communication

I received my exam results in the post last week and instead if having 7 results, I only received 6! Now I want to register for my final modules needed in order to complete my degree and I can't get the total number of credits off the myunisa webpage, even though that option is offered. I asked for a registration form, which I received in the mail and apparently I only wrote 3 exams in the whole of 2013. What is going on at Unisa? How can there be so many mistakes made, when you are dealing with other peoples futures?!!! It astounds me that there can be such a high level of incompetence. I wrote an email to 3 different email addresses today and I have had no response. I just want to know how many credits I am short and what subjects I still need in order to complete my degree! Please!! I am running out of time. Registration is going to close!! Please can someone get back to me urgently!!!
