Systems don't work and nobody's at home

I have tried through email, phone and their website to get a statement of account so that I can get results from them. There appears to be some fee outstanding but, as Unisa doesn't send out statements of account for outstanding debtors, those debtors will never know until December when the results come out.

That being said, at possibly their busiest time of the year, Unisa's Administration doesn't answer their phones, their emails or have any contingency plans in place to handle queries - they just stop responding. Furthermore, their website keeps falling over - not something to recommend an institution that teaches by means of the internet.
