I am studying through Unisa currently based in California, San Francisco. Ever since I moved to California for the past 3 semester my results always come back stating I was absent for certain exams but in actual fact Unisa has lost them. The past two issues were eventually solved. But my current issue arises from the Oct/Nov 2012 exams.
My results came back stating I was absent for two modules, I have sent my attendance to Unisa on numerous occasions. My issue has been bounced from office to office. It's not March and the issue has not been resolved. Instead Unisa tells me that I have to now rewrite papers I have already wrote and that there is nothing they can do because the papers where lost during the courier to South Africa.
I am lost for words right now. I did my part as a student, paid them on time & studied & wrote my exam but now I have to suffer for something that is nt my fault. Unisa doesn't care about it students, it's all a money thing to them and you are just a number. I highly would advised studying @ Unisa. It's sad considering the money I have invested in them for my education.
