Refund

Very dissapointed yet again with Intec's service. I sent in my banking details to receive a refund in August, but I still have not received anything. I have contacted Intec on two or three different occasions after then, yet nobody can tell me when I will receive my refund, or if anyone has even looked at my details. It has been 4 months and I have no clue if I will even receive my refund.

Not impressed...
