REFUND!!!

I find it very strange that people with the same complaint as this receive the same response from Intec. I think it"s very unusual that you TRY to contact me and everybody else with no AVAIL!!!
I can be reached on this number 0823777153 that I provided to you, 24/7 any day.
Nobody has contacted me and there is no such missed call on this number??!!
I think you should withhold yourself from giving false feedback to the complainers and just refund everybody what you owe them.
