Yet again results not released!

Yet again you guys have me on here just to get the service I am supposed to be getting as a paying customer. This previously happened in june for my June results. You guys do not honour what you put in writing which to me is unprofessional. My results were due yesterday and after numerous calls with let me tell you so many different explanations, the internal issues taking place has nothing to do with me so why I should be negatively affected is beyond me. When i ask about the steps to be taken to get my diploma the first thing asked or told is the fees paid up in full??? WHich if they check they will see is, yet when i ask for the service i am supposed to be getting, I get excuses! I even spoke to Sharon edwards a few hours ago and still not even a sms or call to say what has been done thus far. I will never ever make the mistake of studying with Damelin again! Yet even after the bad exposure on tv nothing has been done to ensure service and delivery is increased
