Poor service and study material

I was a student at MSC College at Louis Trichardt earlier this year studying Electrical Engineering I attended for a month and got hit by financial problems. As such I discontinued my studies and had to find a job and I did and finally start making my payments in R500 every month since October. I got phoned by a lawyer and got someone over at my work telling me to sign papers as an ultimatum. In October I already struck an agreement with someone called "Slorence" in Ltt Branch MSC College and I was told there is nothing to worry about and that if a lawyer asks me to sign papers I should just ignore it and that she will deal with them and represent me. She never contacted them since they phoned me this very day and I am at a loss. What am I suppose to do? I have been handed over to their lawyers but my agreement was made before they contacted me...

Then as far as the study material goes... its in all honestly put together very poorly - for example math which is hard enough as it is, doesn't have explanations or answers to several sums. Then the best part of all is that the "teacher" is a "mechanical engineer" not a "electrical engineer" and he couldn't help us with half of it!
