Acceptance letter received however still not accep

Good day

I am very very upset about the way registration process is occurring at CPUT!!!

My fianc? applied last year and received a letter stating that he was accepted for the above mentioned cause and was told to go register in January. Upon him arriving at the said date they then told him he needs to return to the register on 01 February and this after a wasting a full day at the campus.

Upon him arriving this morning they told him he has been provisionally accepted. The letter states that he has been accepted - now they tell him he needs to return at 3 to speak to the HOD. He works and this is very unprofessional and will not be tolerated!!! He lost 2days of salary trying to register to have a better future.

I don't think people realise that they are messing up other peoples futures just because they can.

This will if not sorted be referred to media and will be taken further!!! I studied at CPUT myself for 6 years but I have to admit Bellville Campus is way more organised than Cape Town campus. Cape Town need to up their game!

Can you please look into this matter.
