The finance department n CPUT is a joke

The finance department n CPUT is a joke. I am so angry and feel cheated by the school.
I received a bursary that paid the total amount of my fees. Now because in tertiary you must first have money to apply before being admitted (which is fine and make business sense). Now I have applied to get that money back as it was a credit to my student account. I signed and submitted the required papers in time on the 8th of November 2013. I asked the person in finance when is the estimated time for response and he said 2 weeks. I was happy and also allowed for some disappointed time (as I knew I was dealing with CPUT finance stuff - first their attitude is as if they are doing everyone a favour for doing their jobs).
Two weeks passed, a month passed - and calling their offices is just a waste of time most days as no one answers. I went to their offices in Cape Town again to enquire what was going on. I was referred to Mr Claasen in another office (not in Cape Town) and given his number as it seemed like he was the one holding the payment. Today 05 December 2012 I called Mr Classes (finally got hold of him on his land line) he tells me that there is a problem with my forms I have submitte
