24 Month Free Repeat - Such a Lie

Dynamix Learning Solutions has a wonderful way of packaging their products when they're selling it to you, by offering wonderful things like free repeats for 24 months after you attend a course that you've booked and paid for.

Well I've attended both the Active Directory 2008 course as well as the Microsoft Exchange 2010 course around the middle of 2012 and have been trying to attend a free repeat as promised from the end of the year 2012.

I have up until now, not been able to get place in any class that is running, or there are not enough students to have a class or some other excuse.

Why then, do you advertise these things when you cant deliver? Surely when you are selling the course to me and gladly taking my payment, you should specify if there will be complications with running the course over the next 24 months or not. Yes, I did do a server 2008 course in 2012 when Server 2012 was released.. so what, you still sold it to me with a 24 month free repeat and I would like that please!

I have resolved that Dynamix Learning Solutions Marketing strategy is just a blatant and shouldn't be taken seriously as you will not get delivery when you request it from them.
