Promised to get back to me and its now 4 years

I went to INTEC 2006 to try do my Matric, Leafa the consulted took me through what the course offered he also meantion that my own tuetar will be assigned to me and that study materials will be given to me via post once i have paid. now the course was charged monthly. Leafa also meantioned to me that all my assiments done will work to my year mark and my exam would count for only 30% of witch that was not true. i found this out on the day of exams that that exam has nothing to do with INTEC and all thoes exam marks are worked out by the goverment at the end of the exams. when i went to INTEC i told Leafa that i was born with a learning disabillity and that i could not read and write well on my own and that i need a person to help me all the and on my exams he told me i should not work INTEC will provied. so i got 3 textbooks on the 2nd week of my registerion and the rest i got them 2 weeks before my exam. i complained to the breach week in week out about my text book and that i always call and never get my tuetar. i failed and layed a complaint at the breach, i got responts on from Stehanae on the 27/10/2011 asking me to state my story she promised to got back to me and she never.
