Is this really a distance learning Institution?

I made a payment for registration and admission almost a week ago now and the registration still shows as pending. I am not sure if this is now confirmed and no confirmation email has been received but the payment is reflected on my account. There was a message that popped up when I made the payment indicating that the academic record could not be updated and there was a number to call. I don't understand the point of telephones at Unisa when nobody answers them. The line goes on ringing! I tried contact via email and still no response. Payment deadline is tomorrow and If I have to hear that stduy for this semester will not be permitted then somebody better have a really good explanation or we shall meet in court. This institution already has a poor name and I can understand why!!! I am definitely not impressed that their technical issues and lack of responsibility is costing me my money and my time. Nobody should want to be associated with such an institution.
