Is been 6 months waiting for my refund

It took 2 years for Intec to approve the cancellation, finally when they did approve... they told me their pay out policy is 90 days from the day they receive all necessary documents. I emailed all documents and all was OK, but from that day till today i have not received my money. Now is 180 days.

Whats taking so long to process a payment? Why is it difficult to refund but easy and quick to debit the money?
