How dare you???

A few months ago I started studying Beauty Therapy through College SA, under the impression that I would receive a wonderful diploma and finally have my dream job in a wonderful spa. I was always suspicious of them, because the learning material seemed too narrow and the tests were far too easy, not to mention that my student adviser was as useless as anything. Anyway, I carried on studying and grew more and more suspicious that I wasn't going to get that wonderful job, mainly because I was sure a reputable spa would never employ someone who studied such a hands on subject without any practicals. I got in touch with a beauty therapist here and told her my concerns. She said to make certain that College SA was SAAHSP accredited. I emailed SAAHSP and after their investigation they said that I can study all I like and finish that course and get my diploma, but it will not be recognised by any national or international spa. I have a representative from the Consumer Protection Act and a representative from SAQA investigating them and their false advertising. How dare they take my hard earned money, promise me a diploma just to find out that was all a lie? How can they sleep at night?
