This is starting to become the only way I can communicate with Unisa as I am being ignored like a stop sign.

I have not received any tutorial letters in the mail - it is the only way I can possibly know what I have to study and if I am on the right track.
I received a junk mail "inspired" booklet so I know for a fact that my address is correct - Let me make this clear, I do NOT care even a little bit about what 'social' gathering or whatever is going on at Unisa so keep the booklet and send me my tutorials, I am enrolled to study - NOT to join some youth league.
I only have internet at work and I am not allowed to print my tutorials here, I am also NOT going to put it on a flash and pay to print it at a post-net since my ridiculously high tuition fees already covered that.
So far I don't think I've seen even R500's worth of quality here... I received my assignments and 10/12 assignment marks (LATE!). NO feedback, NO replies from unisa on emails, NO phone calls... Please tell me what exactly it is you are using my money for if it is not being used to help me further my education?
I want my Tut's printed and sent. Or I want go print them for FREE at Parow. ALL of them.
