ONLINE REGISTRATION FACILITY DOESNT WORK

I have been trying to register on line and I keep getting an error page time after time. I have sent error reports but no assistance. What is the purpose of having on the on line registration facility if it doesn't work. The sad thing is that the 25th is the final day of registration, today I have been trying their site for the past 3 hours. This for a process that is meant to take 5 minutes!!!
