On Friday, 25th January 2013 I was standing in a Q for 1 and half hours to make a payment. At 9:30 I got to counter one. I told the gentleman I'm making a cash payment, he just said no cash payment here, debit or credit cards only, no apology, no other solution, attitude as if his doing me a favor by serving me. He then called the security from the counter and shouted " didn't you tell the people, no cash". Then only after I asked him for another option to pay, he gave me the banking details.
I then approached a staff member, with a customer service t-shirt asking him where a can lay a complaint, he pointed me at the financial manager who happened to be walking in the passage. I approached her, greeted her and she walked right pass me, security looking at her aswell, probably thinking why she doesn't respond, then a white gentleman also needed her attention, she then smiled and assisted him. She then only turned to me, saying nothing, I told her about my bad experience, again no apology, no smile, nothing, as if a robot served me.
