SHOCKING ATTITUDE

I called the 0114884913 contact number at 9h30 on Monday 2 September. I made enquieries about how to go about making a booking for a dental appointment. I asked the lady some questions and she got annoyed with me for asking her. The attitude was come to the clinic, stand in line and wait and see. We doing you a favour! This lady put the phone down in my ear while I was still speaking to her. If my call was 5min long -it was a lot. I can understand if I took up much time, but this was just plain bad manners and a shocking attitude!!! For your information lady... Actually we are helping the university students get experience and they are helping us in turn. Nobody should be treated like dirt!!!
