Fails or takes days to respond to emails

I am taking a Pastel course with them and a few months ago I had questions about my assignments and it literally took days for them to respond, I eventually said if no one is going to help me then I want my money back, then finally someone called and helped me.. Now again, a few days ago I emailed them with a question regarding my course, I need something and no one replies.. I really regret ever studying through them..

A few years ago I did a course through Intec and the response to emails we immediately, they are really helpfull.. But Damelin, I really hate..
