I went to the Braamfontein branch where Phile assisted me. The two books i was looking for were not available at their branch. They had to be ordered from two different branches.
She kept me informed of the progress with the order and I was surprised when the order was ready in a very short time.
She was not in when I went to collect it, but it was easy to find the books.
Excellent and very professional service.
