Admin staff USELESS / Trying to my money?!?!

Why is the UNISA finance department so useless? Why do they never promptly reply to our emails? Where is our money really going?

Oh yes, that's right... your staff try and us out of our money by providing their own personal banking details with dodgey deposit references... I have proof of this!

Payment has been made for my 2013 studies, BEFORE the due registration dates, but MyUNISA still shows my application keeps showing "In progress"

does that even mean?!

I am sure that I speak on behalf of MANY of the 100 000 odd students who have registered so far this year when I say that you guys REALLY REALLY need to sort your out!!!

Its unacceptable that we have to part with so much money, comply to your processes in a promptly manner, only for the administration and registration staff to blatantly ignore emails and for phones to ring for up to 5min at a time, only for the staff member in question to pick up and put down immediately...

As a "LEADING WORLD CLASS EDUCATION PROVIDER" you guys SERIOUSLY have some work to do!!!

Pathetic does not even begin to describe the level of service we as students receive from you guys!!!
