Can't Register on Unisa Website

I have been trying to register for an NDCRM for the last 2 weeks. Everytime I register and I get to where I need to choose my modules Unisa system brings an error message which says that the qualification is open to repeaters only of WHICH I AM. Some please HELP. I have tried their call centre numbers in vain no one pick ups telephone lines. I am FURIOUS with Unisa service.
