NO FEEDBACK

My examination results for FAC3703 (written in June 2013) was due on the 8th of July 2013. Registrations closed on the 31st of July. To date (15 Aug 2013) I have still not received my exam results for FAC3703. I have phones about 6 different numbers at both Florida and Pretoria campusses endlessly. Best response I get is that the matter will be escalated to the responsible person who will call me back. No one has called me back. No one is able to tell me who the responsible person is. Meanwhile my whole degree depends on this one result. I need to graduate in December 2013 to retain my job.
