UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

This morning when i checked my bank statement I noticed an unfamiliar debit order with ref: 62963130CALLVO1 I contacted my bank and they notified me that STRATCOL debited my account, took initiatve to contact STRATCOL and they informed me that they debited on behalf of CALL VOICE AFRICA I've never even heard of them apparently they are a sales call centre and they have been debiting people's accounts without authority. I contacted this company and spoke to Malvin and he told me that he will recify the error. if these two companies continue debiting my account I will have to take this up by opening a case. I have no idea as why STRATCOL agrees to initiate debit orders for other companies without confirming with the owner of the account. We live in a democratic country where customers need to be protected by Consumer rights. Belive you me I will take this to the Media if its not rectified,
