Most unhelpful and useless University

After I have been studying with Unisa for over two years, they have suddenly lost my matric excemption paper work and thus I am not able to continue my studies through them as they have blocked my name on the system.

I spent four hours at the offices in Port Elizabeth where I found the staff to be highly incompotent, each giving me a different answer to the problem at hand and onoe woman even shouted at me. I also spent many hours trying to get hold of the head office in Pretoria and to no avail, either the number does not exist or I was put on hold untill I had to redial as I was forgotten about and transfered into the Unisa void of. When they finally were able to help me, the problem was still not solved!

At this point I am absolutly livid and at wits end! As a result I can not register to complete my degree and it wasn't my fault!! HELP NOW PLEASE!
