Requesting turtorial letters

I did not receive tutorial letters because the inventory letter said they are out of stock, I do have difficulties to continue with my studies because I don't have assignment questions and I wont be able to submit them in time. please provide me with tutorial letters. I tried to download them via myunisa and it did not work either because my PC displayed a dialog box message which says "I DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO DOWNLOAD STUDY METERIAL/COURSE NAME.PDF IN THIS SERVER". Please help me what can I do in such situation.
