Services Seta messing with artisans futures!!!

Services seta are responsible for our college certificates and our tradetest dates etc yet tradetests for hairdrssing (my industry), among others is at a standstill. I find this highly unfair and that is putting it mildly, we as as skilled artisans have a right to do our tradetests and our qualifications and they have no right to take that from us. This needs to be taken very seriously and investigated and something needs to be done it is peoples livelyhood and futures they are messing with bigtime I would like to see this change so that I among many others can see my qualification that I have studied extremely hard for!!
