No response on NQF 2011

No certificates. Waiting almost two years for results. I and a few thousand other wrote the E A A B NQF4 and 5 examinations at a Service SETA accredited provider, NQF4 -18 August 2011 and NQF5 18 May 2012. Eventually the provider approached the high court of J H B.to make a ruling. This was heard on 21 September 2012. Before Judge VALLY. Shortly: The judge ordered Service SETA to issue certificates to all moderated learners on or before 30 November 2012. To date NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. Is the Sseta above the law, GROSS INCOMPETENCE, or CORUPTION, perhaps all of the above.
Letters have been written to EAAB, Sseta, Ministers. Now, I must inform any who would listen.
