Waiting for Refund for 5 years

Please assist and advise when will unisa give me my money back, i have logged numerous complaints and requests regarding the refund which i have been taken from pillar to post. i was even asked to send a confirmation letter, my bank detail's but to dis day i'm still waiting. Suprisingly in January i was received a letter from unisa again that they stiil owe the balancce of R2800.00, but everytime when i send request for the money to be refunded nothing happens. The sad part is Unisa does not respond to any query or complaint irrespective of where or to who it's been send to. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK
