Still not received our refund

Its been almost 3 years since we were taken for R30000 once off on our credit card by DTS. The box was opened but never installed on our computer. When we realized that R30000 was taken in one payment from our credit card we freaked out as we had just had a baby and bought a house. R30000 takes a long time to recover from! We tried getting our money back by going to their offices but we were told that we had opened the box and that there was nothing that we could do but pay the monthly installments. Please people don't fall for DTS schemes they call you on the phone all polite and say that they will give you R1000 to use on the stock exchange. We fell for their sweet talk but they r a bunch of we basically gave them R30000 for nothing!
