Excessively Poor Communication

It astounds me that the communication of an institution that heralds itself in higher learning and intelligence can be so very inept.

I think I would have an easier time organising to have tea with the Dalai Lama than speaking to someone in the UNISA finance division.

I have registered for my courses this module and keep getting an SMS that my registration will be complete upon my payment of R0 and to please proceed with this payment.

HOW DO YOU PAY R0!?!?! I have no clue myself since the phone numbers I have been given just ring. I have also sent two sms's and various emails.
