FI concession results

I find out that I qualify for for the FI concession programme for SCK 408-H and I wrote / submitted a portfolio for it on the 17th of May. I was told that the results will be released on the 8th of July, until now I have not received them. I've been e-mailing the exams department to inquire but have received no clear direction. The last response I got yesterday was that I must contact the social work directly.
I do not understand what is going on because my lecturer told me that she handed over my results to be approved last month but still they do not appear on my academic record. what should I do because am worried that I won't be able to graduate without them. PLEASE HELP
