FORCED TO COMPLAIN AGAIN - NO RESPONSE!!!

I am once again submitting a complaint about UNISA and the inability to get in touch with anyone and even when you do - To get them to action your request. It would seem the only way to get ANY sort of service from UNISA is by complaining. I have to go through this EVERY single semester and I must admit it is growing old. I sent an email to GISELA and TANYA apologising for the breach in official communication procedure (NEVER WORKS) and asked for assistance in getting the respective modules I registered for loaded so that I could start preparing. No response aside from a referral to "student registration" and still, my modules are not loaded on myunisa! Please would someone assist as I need to start planning my work and get started.

UNISA - Please change your process as far as getting in touch with the respective departments. This email and SMS thing does NOT WORK and does not deliver the efficiency promised! The call centre worked much better!!!
