NO RESPONSE ON REGISTRATION

Where do I begin with Unisa!!!
I have tried calling Unisa after numerous Sms's and emails to them enquiring about registration issues. The calls are cut and the phone remains engaged for the remainder of the day. Emails are seldom, if ever, responded to timeously. I submitted a query in Nov 2012 for assistance in registring for 2013 - I received a response in March 2013 (past the due date) - too late for me. I sent another query in March 2013 about the same thing to register for second semester after I was advised there were amounts outstanding - if only I was advised sooner - amount paid and reflects on my statement!..due date quickly approaching (12 July 2013) and no response.
So much for education being important if the institutions don't even give a!!!
