Trying to register online

WOW Unisa shocking shocking shocking. i registered the beginning of the year and thats where it started. WHAT is the point of online registration??? i registered and then still had to go to the campus and sit in a que for 4 hours to register manually. WHY offer a service you are unable to provide. Finally, second semester i again attempt to register online, what possesed me, i dont know. I add a course, pay the registration fee and an entire month later am still not registered. I REGISTERED EARLY SO THAT I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE. my account on MYUNISA shows the payment of R570 and my account in credit. after numerous calls which went unanswered and emails unanswered i finally get hold of someone who has the cheek to mail and say i have outstanding fees from first semester. I have lost an entire month of study. Oh i was then told to go into campus, we study long distance because we WORK we cant sit in ques for hours. AGAIN WHY PROVIDE A SERVICE YOU CANT DELIVER ON. We do long distance because we work!!! i am shocked and appauled. Also 1 positive response out of all negative.
