Non-payment of refund

My son attended their school in January and February. He finished off in mid-February though I paid till the end of the month. Four months later I have yet to receive the refundable deposit from the school. I have called them on at least seven ocassions, and each time get assurances they will attend to the matter and get back to me, but they never do. Fed up now.
