Writing the WRONG EXAM??!!

My daughter wrote a Bookkeeping exam the morning at 9h00. The lady did not find her attendance letter, but she gave her the Bookkeeping exam paper. It looked like the work she has studied. she wrote again the afternoon, Marketing Management. the lady gave her another bookkeeping exam paper. she stood up and said she already wrote Bookkeeping the morning, she is writing Marketing Management, Now she is making my daughter a by saying it happened the morning. But it did not. We have tried to reason with ICB and told them the truth, but it seems to me their students are of no importance to them.
