Going the extra mile - out of his department!!

UNISA financial department has been of no use since the beginning of 2012. They have been withholding my exam results for module HMEMS80 AFTER I HAVE PAID THE ENTIRE YEARS FEES IN FULL and have sent them various emails attaching my proof of payments. to this day - they have not replied. However, when I spoke to Mr Martin Sadik (the administrator for HMEMS80) about releasing my results (which I should have received in Dec 2012), he promised to check into the reason as to why my results were not being released, even though he does not have any association with the financial department. furthermore, he promised to call back the next day to check up on the situation (to see if my marks were reflecting on my website) and he actually did call!! he has gone beyond his call of duty - he could have easily told me that it is not his problem as he doesnt deal with accounts, but he took time off his Friday afternoon to see to my case (which is still ongoing)... I'm very impressed!!! UNSIA is in dire need of more staff like Mr Sadik.
