Incorrect outsanding fee

NO FEEDBACK STILL AND NOW I GET AN SMS THAT I WILL INCUR PENALTIES!!!

I have tried countless times to call UNISA with no answer and passing calls with no sucess and no response to my numerous emails!!! ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW DID UNISA CALCULATE THAT I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING FEE OF R1042??? I definately dont owe this amount i have covered the cost of my module and have proof of all my payments!! my results have been blocked and i cannot give this to my company to prove that i've passed as this was a bursary!! i missed out on one semester and i will not miss out on another because of unisa's incompetence... It does not take much effort for someone to reconcile my payments... now i have to pay my company every cent back for this last semester as i have no proof that i've passed... and UNISA wants me to pay them double as welll!! I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP
