No reply from UNISA

I completed my course last year and I am still waiting to receive my certificate. Every time I try to contact a UNISA staff member, I am either told to contact another department / person or I just don't get an answer. Students should not have to resort to these measures in order to receive what they have paid and studied for.

Please could someone form the graduation department contact me so that this matter can be resolved
