NO response after applying in April

I have sent in all the applicable information and documents on 18 April 2013 and I am yet to receive any feedback. It has been over a month and I would, like many others, appreciate some feedback and acknowledgement as to whether my application was successful.

It is time consuming to keep sending Enquiries over email and sms and no recieveing any response.
