Unfairly suspended account

I enrolled for 5 study units at UNISA in 2012, My account was paid by Aprial 2012. My account has been suspended despite the fact that I have sent proof of payment to the finance and suspence department. I am unable to receive my examination results or apply for special examinations because of this. I have called the finance department and they claimed that they are not able assist me even after sending them proof of payment and I was refered to the suspence department, the suspence department never answers the phone or respond to e-mails. I have been sending proof of payment since last year October, no one responds, no one is interested in helping me. I am frustrated and unable to make desicions about what to study next because of the inefficiency from UNISA. It is totally unacceptable particularly because I paid in time and in full.
