Not feeling safe

Good day,

On Saturday my account was debited an amount of R299.99 which I don't have a clue its for, I called my bank today and they advised me its from a company named "Life image". this is the second time this is happening to me and when I call them on the following number 0318361304 its always engaged.

I really don't feel safe at all if anyone can just debit your account without you knowing. I always get these calls from that 031 number and they tell me about some product and I always tell these people I'm not interested. Where do they get my bank account?? I really need to take this further cause its happening for the second time. I need urgent response on this matter!
