Short Course student means nothing

I have recently completed a short course on 3D animation basics at Open Window school of visual communication and was so disappointed in the course. The first thing was that we had to wait outside the class on Saturday mornings because no one had unlocked for us as they didn't care about weekend student doing the short courses. Then a few classes was cancelled the morning while we were in class because they had booked other events that took priority, like a gaming morning, so the gamers was more important than the student that paid R6500 for the course. Even the course itself was a waste of time, we were quickly shown the bare minimal and was told to continue and ask, but when something was explained it was done so quickly on the projector that you still didn't know anything. I downloaded a free video of internet and taught myself more in a few hours than that course taught us in 10 weeks. I requested a refund halfway through the course, but they refused me. So if you are thinking of doing a 3D short course at open window>>>DO NOT!!!
