I still have not received my refund

Here is an email from a lady called Jacomina Malibo saying she has fowarded my requst to her manager in order for him to foward to his/her general manager, this i was told 2 months ago! please dont call me to apologise and to thank me for my patience just pay my 3 years course for HR in full as i have paid it in full.
