I have complained on here before when books were sent late at the beginning of the year. They did not even respond. First term, they delay the marking of assignments. I then query on their Facebook page and they promptly delete complaints (not just mine). I get the distinct idea they know you can't stop the service as your child is enrolled for the year so they treat customers (students) whichever way they like. This really is one of the most shocking companies I have ever dealt with. Anyone considering enrolling their children, be afraid, be very afraid! And the sad thing, it is the child that suffers the most with no feedback on assignments until it suits them.
