Lack of response

I`ve sent an email on the 08/01/2012 to Unisa to resolve my registration cause when i do it on line, i get an error message saying that the are missing documents. Today is the 17 Jan 2013 and no feedback.
Real now i`ve been with Unisa since 2011 now suddenly some documeStudet number 38620766 nts are missing??? Is this the king of service should we expect??? unhappy student -Studet number 38620766
